Common Complaints of Traditional PT

  1. It felt like a factory. I saw the physical therapist briefly, and then I was handed off to a physical therapist aide.

  2. I would do my exercises by myself while the PT wrote their notes or talked to other PTs. I felt neglected

  3. Physical therapy really didn’t work for me. They didn’t put their hands on me that often. And I feel like I can just do these exercises at home.

  4. I saw a different physical therapist each time and I felt lost.

  5. Whenever I went, I felt like the physical therapist was treating like 4-5 other patients.

  6. They gave me the same exercises each time. I even filled out my own exercise sheet.

  7. I felt like I was doing the same exact exercises as everyone else. I didn’t feel like the exercises were tailored to me.

These patients frequently say: “I have tried physical therapy before. It did not work and it was not for me.”

I LOVE these patients because they will have a great opportunity to experience the MTS PT difference. I invite these patients to come experience the way physical therapy should have been approached the first time around. Let me make a believer out of you!

He believes in going above and beyond for his patients by not only finding the PROBLEM but also finding the SOLUTION. His treatment model includes a 1) thorough evaluation to diagnosis the problem, 2) comprehensive hands on, manual therapeutic techniques to help correct the problem, 3) therapeutic exercises in conjunction to manual techniques to sustain and reinforce the correction; and 4) patient education to provide the patient with the knowledge to prevent the problem from reoccurring.

One on One physical therapy care for hour long sessions are almost a rarity in the healthcare field. This comprehensive time is essential for providing the patient with the best chance of recovery while providing the best QUALITY/VALUE of care to the patient. The best part is that this QUALITY/VALUE care is provided in the comforts of your own home. This is the MTS PT difference.
